Is there a contract?

No! You can buy just one box or subscribe to receive a box each month. You can cancel, pause and restart at any time.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is $6.00.  Though it often costs us more than that to ship to you!

When will my package arrive?

Packages are shipped USPS Ground Advantage and typically arrive in 2-5 business days.

Can I give this as a gift?

Absolutely!  No invoice is included in your box.  Simply indicate that your shipping address is different than the billing address.  If you'd like to include a special message, send us an email at info@crochetkitclub.com and we will get you taken care of!

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel, pause and restart your subscription at any time.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the nature of our boxes, including electronic patterns, we do not offer refunds.

How do I change my mailing address?

Please visit your subscription portal to change your mailing address or email us at info@crochetkitclub.com.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States and Canada.

Do you offer gift cards?

We do not offer gift cards at this time.

How do I update my payment information?

The most secure way to update your payment information is to visit your subscription portal.  This can be accessed by logging into your Midwest Nest Handmade account.

Where do I enter my coupon code?

Coupon codes are entered before completing your payment.  If you have trouble, please reach out to info@crochetkitclub.com.

What do I do if I am missing an item?

Email us at info@crochetkitclub.com and we will make it right!

What do I do if an item in my box is broken?

Email us at info@crochetkitclub.com and we will make it right!

What if my box never arrived or was stolen?

Please reach out to USPS to file a claim.

How do I change my email address on file?

You can update your contact information by logging into your subscription account.  Or, email us at info@crochetkitclub.com.
