I am now a wife and homeschooling mom of two boys. When I became a mom in 2014, I decided to try crocheting. I love to design fun heirloom pieces that brings joy and lots of memories.

I'm Elyse, the face behind Up Up and Crochet Studio. I taught myself to crochet while bored on a business trip in 2019, just in time to have a new hobby to obsess over during 2020. Up Up and Crochet was started mid-2021 because yarn had taken over my home. I then added resin to my hobby resume and added crochet hooks and stitch markers to my offerings. "She leaves a little sparkle wherever she goes" is both my figurative and literal life motto. Bright colors and all the glitters are my jam.
